Troubleshooting
Quick solutions for common issues when using Dollar Infinite.
Connection / Wallet Issues
Wallet not connecting / Connect button not working
Check the URL: it must be exactly https://dollarinfinite.com
Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 or pull-to-refresh on mobile)
Disable ad-blockers, VPNs, or extensions
Try another browser or incognito mode
On mobile: use the Trust Wallet DApp browser
Final solution: disconnect and reconnect the wallet or change the BSC RPC
Wrong network (Ethereum instead of BSC)
Switch to Smart Chain or BSC in MetaMask/Trust Wallet
Chain ID must be 56
If BSC is not added: go back to Connect Wallet
Transaction Issues
Transaction failed / “Insufficient funds for gas”
Check BNB balance (about $0.50–1.00 required)
Buy more BNB or transfer from an exchange
Increase gas limit/price in MetaMask (use Advanced or Speed Up)
Transaction pending for too long
Wait 1–5 minutes (BSC may be congested)
Check status on BSCScan (paste the tx hash)
Use Speed Up or Cancel in MetaMask
Try again with a higher gas fee
Approve failed or Deposit button greyed out
Confirm USDT is BEP-20 (correct address)
Network must be BSC
Approve again (or unlimited)
Revoke old approvals via revoke.cash if needed
Refresh the page
Deposit/Withdrawal not showing
Wait 30–60 seconds (real-time update)
Refresh the dashboard
Check the tx hash on BSCScan (confirm “Success” and correct “To”)
If more than 5 minutes, send the tx hash to support
Other Issues
Incorrect balance / Yields not updating
Hard refresh (Ctrl + F5)
Disconnect and reconnect the wallet
Verify on-chain data on BSCScan
The dashboard updates every ~3 seconds — please wait
Slow site or 500 error
Check your internet connection
Try another device
Contact Telegram for network/site status
